One of our favorite designers Brian Patrick Flynn recently decorated the marketing offices of Jenner Communications owned by none other than Kris Jenner, mom to the Kardashian girls. He used tons of Wisteria items to help complete the sleek and dramatic look of the offices. Here’s what he used: Blue and White Tea Jar Lamp, Tiered Marble Top Console, Chinese Chippendale Chair, High-Back Windsor Chair, Handblown Glass Urns, and some of our Bone Frames.
Meet Winnie the Peek-a-Poo. She belongs to our Associate Buyer, Ty. Here’s what she had to bark. (Note: Winnie was a good sport as long as we didn’t call her Winnie the Pooh; she get’s it all the time.)
What’s your favorite pastime?
I love to play fetch. I would even choose to play fetch over sleeping and eating!
What’s the one thing that really makes your hackles stand up?
I don’t like it when strangers come to the door. If I don’t know you, I will make sure to let you know I am home. And if you ring the doorbell, then that means you’re at the door, and I have to be even louder and more intense. It’s very exhausting, so it’s a good thing that I stay in shape by playing fetch often.
What’s your favorite toy?
My favorite toy is my squeaky stuffed animal, Mr. Parrot. I like to make it squeak while running with it in my mouth so that everyone knows I am ready to play.
Who’s your favorite snuggle buddy?
I will snuggle with anyone who is willing to rub my belly.
Favorite treat?
I have developed an appreciation for good cheese.
What is your favorite kind of mischief to get into?
I love to irritate my older sister, who just wants to be left alone. It may seem like I am causing trouble, but really I just want someone to play with.
If you had to describe your perfect day, what would it be?
It would start with some time at the park where I can meet new people and chase after birds, then go to another park where there are different people and more birds. Finally, we would go home and I would not have to take a bath.

2 large peaches, sliced
3 plums, sliced
2/3 cup sugar, divided
1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, divided
2 tablespoons orange juice
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 stick unsalted cold butter
1 cup cinnamon granola
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine peaches, plums, 1/3 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of flour, and the orange juice in a large bowl. Toss well.
Pour fruit mixture in to baking dish (I used a 9 1/2″ round pan).
Combine the remaining flour, sugar, brown sugar, and salt in a bowl and mix together.
Add the butter and mix with a hand mixer until the butter is pea-sized.
Mix the granola in to the flour/butter mixture. Use your hand to incorporate everything until it is in large crumbles.
Spread the crumble mixture evenly over fruit, making sure all the fruit is covered.
Bake for 40 minutes or until fruit is tender and bubbly and the top is golden brown.
Serve warm with ice cream.

Everyone at Wisteria is surrounded by furniture and home decor items, it’s no wonder after working here for a while you start collecting a lot furniture. I thought it would interested to see what all of our favorite pieces of furniture were in our own homes.
Paige’s favorite is her Vintage Chinese Butcher’s Table: “My favorite piece in my house is my Vintage Chinese Butcher’s Table. I love the shape of it and how sturdy it is. It makes a wonderful buffet in my dining room when I entertain. The drawers are quite big and great for storing my linens and odds and ends. It fits perfectly into my eclectic space and is such a statement piece and I am still in love with it after all these years.”
Brittany ‘s favorite piece is her Moorish Chest: “I have a few favorite furniture pieces in my home: two antique nightstands that I refinished myself, a large antique end table from my grandmother, even my sleigh bed. But my most favorite piece is also the most eye-cathing: my Moorish Chest. It’s so unusual and almost everyone notices it the first time they walk in my house. And I love telling the story of how it is made. Plus, since its color scheme is relatively neutral, it always looks good no matter how you style it.”
Alice’s favorite item right now is her iron brass floor lamp: “I absolutely love this lamp! The brass finish, the unique style of the lamp and the feel that it emanates in our living room. It is one of the first things you see when you walk into our house and because of the unique look of it, always becomes a conversation piece…another great thing about this lamp (seriously, I have a huge crush) is that it is so versatile…one of those finds that can work in so many different spaces and places!”
My favorite piece is my mid-century Kroehler sleeper sofa. I saw this in a thrift store from across the room and knew right away I had to have it.
Ryan’s favorite piece is his dressers: “My apartment revolves around the mid-century style of these dressers, repurposed as a buffet/bar in my dining room. I just love their simple Danish design, compact size and groovy oval drawer pulls.”
Meet Remi and Bano! They are our Digital Media Specialist, Toni’s beloved felines.
What’s your favorite pastime?
Remi- I love to lounge in the basket full of blankets. I’m pretty sure it’s my bed. I also like to terrorize my older sister. Gotta keep her active!
Bano- I really like it when Dad or Mom has a cold drink with condensation on it. I lick it all off for them.
What’s the one thing that really makes your hackles stand up?
Remi- I don’t like it when Mom does laundry and puts clothes on the sides of the hallway. If I don’t leap over it like a gazelle, I’m sure it’s going to attack me.
Bano- I HATE garbage bags. Whenever someone opens a new one I run for the bedroom.
What’s your favorite toy?
Remi- Even though my Grandma was kind enough to buy me a bin full of toys, I would still rather just play with a twisty tie or a ball of foil.
Bano- I don’t really have a favorite toy. I’m a pretty lazy fat cat. I’m only truly active when my sister forces me to be.
Who’s your favorite snuggle buddy?
Remi- I prefer to cuddle up with Mom, but I am growing more and more fond of Dad lately.
Bano- I like to cuddle with my mom and my dad equally, but I know if I lay with Mom she’ll pet me and if I lay with Dad he’ll just let me rest. So, it depends on which mood I’m in.
What is your favorite kind of mischief to get into?
Remi- I absolutely love it when Mom or Dad forgets to empty out the new bag of cat food into the bin. Once they’ve left the room, I’ll attack it until that food is mine.
Bano- Like I said, I’m pretty lazy. Laziness and mischief don’t go hand in hand.
If you had to describe your perfect day, what would it be?
Remi- I’m pretty sure almost all my days are perfect. I eat when I want, sleep when I want, and cuddle when I want. Living the good life.
Bano- I think my sister is right although I wish she wouldn’t pick on me so much.
Fun facts about us:
Remi- My real name is Remulus Agustulus after the last Roman emperor.
Bano- When my dad sneezes I think he is calling me so I answer him back, but only Dad.
