Food for the Poor seeks to spiritually renew impoverished people throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. Ninety-six percent of the funds they receive go to setting up water systems, feeding the poor, and providing direct relief assistance through the distribution of any requested materials in the local churches and charity organizations. Food for the Poor has also committed to providing as much help to those in Haiti as possible. Almost two years ago Haiti was shook by the earthquake that devastated its community. Food for the Poor has been able to build more than 2,200 permanent homes there, but the need is still great. With your support and donations, they can continue to help the impoverished.
