Tomato Watermelon Salad: Ingredients: 4 cups or equal parts of cubed tomato and watermelon pieces, 1/2 of a medium sized red onion sliced thinly, 2 tbsp thinly sliced (chiffonade) basil, 1/2 cup olive oil or a generous drizzle, 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar. Directions: 1. Combine all ingredients together with sea salt and crushed pepper to taste. 2. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
