Airline Ambassadors International (AAI) is a non-profit organization that provides a way for people to match their unique interests and skills to care for others and bring compassion into action. It began as a network of airline employees using their pass privileges to help others. It has expanded into a network of students, medical professionals, families, and retirees who volunteer as ambassadors of goodwill in their home communities and abroad.
AAI provides humanitarian aid to children and families in need as well as relief and development to the underprivileged. They focus are on issues of poverty and hunger, health, education, disaster relief, and community development. They have hand-delivered $50 million in aid to 500,000 children in orphanages, clinics, and remote communities worldwide.
